How to Enable Call Recording on Huawei / Honor EMUI devices
As per below screen shot there is no call recording option in Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 Mobile device.
Its time to install builtin call recorder in Huawei, honor and EMUI devices, download official Call Recorder APK of Huawei from below download button.
Now goto download folder or open your device folder where the file is downloaded.
Open the file and click install button.
When the installation completed successfully, just click the done button.
Now open dialer and call to someone When you call someone, the recorder option comes up like below screen shot.
As per default settings automatic call recording enabled if you want to want change it open phone dialer and click (…) dots of right top corner and click settings.
Here is the option to change settings as per your requirements.
Here is also another option to setup call recording for all calls or selected contacts just click on Auto-record Settings to modify this option.
Recording files saved to Internal storage > Sounds > Call Record folder. You can hear recording file to any media player and also delete from their folder.

Who owns Huawei?
Huawei is a private company wholly owned by its employees. Through the Union of Huawei Investment & Holding Co., Ltd., we implement an Employee Shareholding Scheme involving 104,572 employees. Only Huawei employees are eligible to participate. No government agency or outside organization holds shares in Huawei.
Who controls and manages Huawei?
Huawei has a robust corporate governance system. Shareholding employees elect 115 representatives to form our Representatives’ Commission.
